I have been riding for 30 years and have bought alot of new and used motorcycles from many dealers of all descriptions. Although Redine are out of my usual area, I was thoroughly impressed by their friendly approach, the knowledge, sales & service team attention and aftersales. They are extremely attentive and fantastic at managing options and getting to a point where a deal works for the customer.I'm converted to KTM and I wont be going back !!Great product, fantastic, supportive and friendly team.Well done Redline *****

If you're buying a new bike, buy it here. I previously bought a new KTM from a different dealer, had serious warranty issue with it, they told me it would be 6 weeks and I couldn't have a courtesy bike. Redline on the other hand took it in straight away and told me I could take a courtesy bike if they couldn't sort it straight away. That sort of service is worth paying for, not that Redline charge more for their bikes either. I wish I'd done my research better and bought here.

Don't waste your time here!Nearly a year long dispute with a faulty bike which i had the right to reject by law, only resolved due to another Ktm dealer being honest and confirming the bike was no good. (DMC BHAM)I was told by the manager last year they would lose this case but he would bide some time, he told me they would replace the bike after a long pre court mediation process within a few weeks but then didn't respond for months.Absolutely disgraceful company whos staff told me the faults I experienced were happening often and should be recalled.The bike was a Ktm superduke r 1290 evo with endless faults including the well known suspension and petrol cap faults.

Extremely nice people. Completed warranty work on my KTM 890 Duke 890R, kept me updated every step of the way. Thorough, diligent and helpful. Excellent communication throughout.They are light years ahead of my local dealer so I am happy to travel a bit. Well worth a visit.

Redline have been excellent- I bought a new bike from them pretty soon realised I had made a mistake and bought the wrong bike! They sorted me out another model didn’t rip into me financially for my mistake. I would recommend Redline they are down to earth honest people who are helpful whilst making a living as we all have to without feeling the need to rip you off . Great service
