Called in to Charles Hurst Renault in March to look and see what was available to change my Renault Kadjar, I had previously bought here. The sales team were very helpful but I wasn’t keen on anything available at the time but they let me know a new model was coming out later in the year. When the new Australe was released they contacted me as requested and I went down to see what was available. I met with Eoin McAlister who was new to Hursts but was amazing from the outset. He made the whole process so easy and was so helpful and friendly. I had previously dealt with Joe who was also very welcoming and helpful. Throughout the buying process from ordering to driving away in my new car today Eoin was in touch regularly to update me on what was happening with the new vehicle. I cannot recommend Hursts and Eoin enough for car sales and excellent customer service! Thank you!

Bought a van as part exchange and used a fella called Paul Maxwell. I also had a personalised reg, he helped me change it over. Highly recommended, very professional and delivered on everything he promised.

Dealt with Ethan, he was a lovely guy. He did a comprehensive hand over and helped me pair my phone etc. I had a brief interaction with Owen, he also had first class customer service skills. A great service all round and I would def recommend Charles Hurst Renault!
