Hi I’m Jess I became a Registered Massage Therapist at Alberta College of Massage Therapy in Canada. After completing their 2-year course, I transitioned away from my sales career and into massage. After 6 years of massaging, I haven’t looked back. After moving to the UK in 2018 I decided to take a level 4 Sports Massage course at St. Marys University Twickenham. Even though my training in Canada covered much of the same material, I wanted to make sure I had all the right training to provide the best massage I possibly could. I also learned all the muscles are the same between folks in the UK and Canada, the only thing is you say them differently here. I love what I do and truly believe in the benefits of massage whether it is deep tissue, sport or relaxation.
