Fantastic! We ordered our wedding rings here with Arlene and, honestly, she's been brilliant.From the first day when we wandered in, to checking in during the process, and finally picking them up, she's been a gem. Excellent service from the staff in Argyle arcade . Myself and my partner ordered wedding rings. They were so helpful and when sizes were an issue, they happily re ordered. I would highly recommend this store.

Lovely, friendly service. Somewhere to sit whilst you are deciding and no sales pitch, just honest helpful suggestions. My husband was buying a watch, one of many, and whilst waiting I asked whether they did cleaning of rings as one I wear all the time which has huge sentimental value was looking in need of care. They did it for me there and then and what a difference. So grateful as didn’t want to send it away.Definitely our go to place for watches and jewellery.

We went to get husband's watch repaired. We had purchased it from them a while ago. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.Our Aunt needed a new watch strap but they were unable to find anything suitable but gave us two other places. Recommend this shop. Wide variety of jewellery at good prices. Worth a visit.

Picked up a watch today at the branch in the Argyll Arcade. David was fantastic, I went in earlier in the week and they didn’t have what I was looking for but got it in for me. I was kept up to date as to when it arrived and collected it today and they even sized it while I waited. Can’t recommend enough.
