Lucy's shop is a wonder with an incredible selection of British wool and an emphasis on hand dyed. You're guaranteed a warm welcome if you visit the shop, but if you can't visit in person her mail order service is excellent, I thoroughly recommend her yarn boxes which are thoughtfully put together and a real treat for any knitter.

Popped into the shop yesterday and Lucy is such a lovely lady. Her business deserves to do well. Met 2 different ladies who were buying and doing a workshop. Definitely interested in the top down jumper workshop for the new year. Whilst I didn't purchase anything I was told about a Christmas crochet workshop which is very interesting. Hope to take part and support this business in the future.

Really enjoyable place to shop, well lit, clean and tidy, not cluttered at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they made me feel comfortable when browsing products and gave advice when I asked. Very reasonably priced, especially given the current economic climate. I fully recommend giving this shop a look for your yarn and hobby needs.

Lucy has such a great selection of yarns both commercial and from Indie dyers. I love the fact that Lucy does layaway which helps me spread the cost. As my project list always seems to be increasing with all the different pattern books on offer, layaway is perfect. Thanks Lucy.

I went to this shop to do a Crochet course. It was very enjoyable and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They also have a good selection of wools, etc. I recommend it to anyone who needs help with knitting or crochet problems.

I've been buying from Lucy for a while now, the yarns she stocks is so different to a lot of the other wool shop. Lots of independent dyers yarn available.With non essentials shops been closed I've been getting Lucy to post my orders.
