Care Home was very nice. Mum stayed for three months before her passing and she was very well taken care of. Staff was nice see her as well as asked the family. Really cared for her during the difficult period of her passing and made me and my siblings feel comfortable. Thank you so much Warren Heath residential care home. You’re Amazing

Awful owners.

After being physically fit when he left us, he was dead within just over a month of being placed here. Rushed to hopsital completely dehydrated and malnourished. Had other residents items given to us and haven't had all of his items returned. No words.

Just found out that my Nan (who has dementia) has been moved due to safeguarding concerns around her care and treatment.

Mother In Law will be staying here for a week's respite care. Looks nice and very professional

I do not recommend this care home form a loved one. My nan has been in there, we have had no choice really in were she goes due to government funding. Staff are rude. They are very lazy. Example my mum was doing laundry and wasn't getting enough washing, they wasn't changing beds regular, One pair of underwear for a week also wearing dirty clothes. Leaving her in dirty pads. Nan was struggling to eat rather than find out why they left her, I then went up it was because her dences were not in properly, there answer was well we didn't have anything, my mum does shopping, I said why don't you ring and let us know so we get with shopping. Communication terrible. My nan's ceiling had a big whole we asked why, they said o the boiler fell through, Things that should be common sense not being done. Very bad experience with this care home.

My husband went into warren heath happy cheerful and healthy. This was for 1 week restbite. When I collected him I didn't even recognise him. He was slumped in his wheelchair just grunting. Got him home and needed to call in doctors. He had a pressure sore on his bottom and a gash on his leg which I knew nothing about needing district nurses twice weekly for months. I was only given back half of his clothes and 2 lots of his medication missing. It took me several visits back to the home trying to recover his belongings and was even offered someone else's in place of his. His clothes were never found and was given compensation.. This was after just one week and it terrifies me to think what would have happened if it had been any longer. This one week rest bite turned into an absolute nightmare for both my husband and myself.
