Martin and his father pat before him are true professionals.have had letter's install my new heating system and yearly serviced.never had any problems.highly recommend this company.

Very good job done by Martin and his team. I had an oil tank and line replacement, plus some pipe lagging and general plumbing repair work, for my recent house purchase. Knowledgeable and experienced guys and high quality, tidy work all round.

I had a mini disaster with a screwed pipe on a job I was on. I had rang through and the receptionist arranged a plumber there and then all wile I was on the phone. Fella Euan arrived and went straight to work fixing the issue in a few minutes. Good manners, good skills, great service would definitely use them again.

Have used Pat and the lads for the past 3 years for all of our business plumbing problems and adding new heating systems . Every single worker worked in a very professional manner and left everything neat and tidy.I suppose i better mention Noreen in the office as shes the brains of the business . All phone calls are dealt with in a very timely manner and Noreen is a credit to have in any business.

I have been using letters plumbing for the last 2 to 3 years now and I wont go to anywhere else this company are very professional and friendly when you ask them a question I have found the answer to be honest and fair sometimes you may not like the answer but at least it is honest and fair and I respect them for that. Plus they are easy to talk to especially when explaining the problem they can explain it lay mans terms.I would recomend this company to anyone

Excellent service. Where here when they said they would come and worked really hard. Very nice guys and Martin and Pat and Noleen in office (hopefully right spelling) were always very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

A few years ago I gave Letters Plumbing a 4 star review but now in 2023 I've had an appalling experience. 2 months of waiting for them to repair a leak in my underfloor heating - in the middle of winter. Christmas spent in the cold. They agreed to do the work beginning of Dec but then - nothing happens and they don't bother answering emails, messages, voice mails etc. Feb 2023 they eventually send me a grossly inflated quote to forward to insurance loss adjuster. I've still got the under floor heating leak so I cant put on heating. Extremely frustrating experience. I feel run down by it all. I've had to give them one star here but I'd rather give them a jail sentence.

Friendly workers that are knowledgeable, polite and respectful of your property. Reasonably priced too. Have used these guys several times and each time they have done a top job.

Excellent response to my initial phone call, handled with sensitivity, through to job completion. Andrew and Ronan were professional in all respects. Good job!

Due to the fact that it was a home" call out and nothing major to fix they came on the day the said they would. The plumber was helpful
