Theory Test Centre Limerick House

Must be a different guy the 1 star reviewers had. He was polite as was the other staff there. Maybe people took offence to having to be told to turn their phones off despite all the signs dotted around!The room was quiet and no fuss with doing the test. In and out in 20 mins.One star out just because the interior desperately needs renovating.

Big bold guy on the service desk was incredibly unprofessional and so was the security! They were talking about other people from other exams using full names and saying “did she come out crying” disgusting to be talking about this. Then making my anxiety go through the roof by moaning i was a little after the 15 minute arrival time due to having to travel an hour and traffic was congested due to rain (which I explained). Got made to feel very uncomfortable bare in mind I was not late to the exam. Ginger man was fairly nice, didnt appreciate not being allowed drinking water with me. I understand its by computers but it was in a sealed bottle. Just think your staff need to have some people skills its nerve wracking enough going for your test without having rude and gossiping staff. On the bright side I passed so won’t be coming back here. Im not one to complain but you’re meant to make people feel comfortable when they come to these things.On another note there was so much loud background noise from the floors below i couldn’t concentrate even with the headphones on.Ps. By the looks of it this man has many complaints maybe need some people skills training.

Staff was very unprofessional also racist to anyone coming in but laugh and joke with own Race witnessed this a few times

I passed, which was great. However, my experience wasn't so nice. The gentleman giving out the locker keys was nice enough, but the elderly lady checking pockets was very rude to myself and the two girls in front of me. From the look on her face, she'd obviously had a tough life, but there is still no need to talk down to people.

Very good service, polite staff, easy to understand and the layout when your actually on the 3rd floor,Building is very old, and needs loads of repairs and modernizing, the entrance and stairs smell revolting.Remember press 3 to get in and arrive 15 mins before test remember though 3 floors to get too so leave time if you can't hurry up stairs.I'm about to take my 2nd attempt at theory test tomorrow at 8 am

Passed my theory test first time here today. Did read the other reviews on here before going, and as a deaf person, was a tad nervous. But the lady on the desk was amazing and the big man mentioned in the other reviews was fine. That just seems to be his persona. He wasn't rude, I guess he keeps an air of authority. Good thorough checks done, my glasses, up my sleeves, and my ears. There are also toilets, which is a plus when nervous, and plenty of hand sanitizer. The building was a tad outdated.

The two elderly staff (lady and man) were extremely rude, unprofessional, not considerate at all, they seemed very miserable. They were very condescending even to frontline NHS staff. I believe that they are racist as well as when another white person next to me asked about something they were very polite to her, but when I did, they didn’t seem to care in any way shape or form. You can also see that there are other reviews from people (non white) have faced the exact same unfortunate and appalling behaviour by from these two elder staff members. They showed zero compassion and from the way they spoke to me when they bothered to was so discouraging and very clearly condescending. They either need further training or find new jobs because especially for first timers coming to take tests and being treated with disrespect is not acceptable at all.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the behavior of two staff members at this centre. The elderly lady and elderly man were both extremely unprofessional and rude. They were unwilling to help or be considerate, and they were very obstructive and miserable. They showed zero compassion, even for NHS frontline workers.I was particularly upset by the way they spoke to me. They were condescending and dismissive, and they made me feel like I was a burden.

Awful dark dingy building. Test centre on third floor, lift out of service feel sorry for any disabled people. Forced to wait crowded outside the waiting room in the corridor with no chairs whilst staff sat inside the waiting room refusing to let anyone in to use the large quantity of chairs available. Crazy in this day and age. Company should be ashamed of itself really.
