Swale Cycles did a great job fixing an issue with my bike. The fact they offer appointments is a game changer. Other local bike shops require you to leave the bike with them and they’ll get round to it whenever they can, meaning your bike can be out of action for a week waiting for a 30 min repair.

Swale cycles always do a fantastic job on my bikes. I don't live close to a local bike shop so to have any work done in my back garden is incredibly convenient and I don't need to spend several days without my bike! Paddy is generous with both his time and his advice, sharing a lot of tips on care/maintenance.

Patrick saved my coast to coast ride. When I was cycling close to Richmond, my shoe cleats broke and I couldn't clip in back in making it a very uncomfortable ride. I found him online, called him and he dropped by on the place I was staying for the night, and fixed my shoes installing a new cleat.It was quick, the communication was good, the service and the price was good (and he'd be prepared for anything I could have in the bike if that was the case).Amazing job, thanks Patryk
