Not good.

Made an appointment to come and provide a quote and never turned up despite me texting on the morning of the appointment for confirmation that he will turn up. Very unprofessional and no way would i ever deal with someone that is unable to communicate and do the decent thing of responding to a text.

I contacted Nick on an evening as my boiler completely stopped working. He came out the next day at the agreed time. I was impressed instantly as he had his own shoe covers and mask, before entering my house. He was very professional and polite and gave me some good advice regarding my boiler. He sorted my issue and I wouldn't hesitate in calling him out again.

We had a leak near our boiler which started on a Sunday morning. Searched through Trusted Trader and found Nick of Perfect Circle. Excellent service and arrived as promised. Price very reasonable for an emergency call out on a Sunday morning.
