Very friendly service, my part came with in 3days, thanks to you all from Mr s.tinkler.

Went in to enquire about a part which unfortunately they did not have, staff seemed pleasnt enough

Site manager at desk very rude and unpleasant. Asked him if he could take 10 punds less for part as it wasnt in best condition and fair enough he said no. Wasnt insisting on it or anything, just asked. After that asked him if they do cash only and he said that they do card as well and went to type in something in his computer. Stood there waiting fo several minutes, and then suddenly he turned to me and asked what are u waiting for " i said " waiting to pay" and he said in rude manner "well i cant read your mind". WOW...what a way to treat custumer!!!!complained in email to lady who quoted part but instead of apologising she tried to blame me for that. They dont have respect for people who bring them money. Last time i'm buying anything from these miserable people. Stay away"
