We visited this show room today to see the new Range Rover Evoque.During our visit we were very pleasantly greeted by a true gentleman called Jimmy.He offered us hot drinks and served us with such grace. Considering what’s happening in the world, he Managed to put a big smile on my face, he also gave me a very funny tip about the way I should drink my double espresso and told me how they drink it with brandy on the side in Italy.I must say Jimmy is a true asset, he was also exceptionally knowledgable about the company and the car we are planning to purchase.I just wish we had more people like Jimmy in the world. He takes pride in what he does and he does it with such grace, passion and compassion

We visited Sytner Land Rover for the first time in February just to have a look at a possible upgrade to our car. Today we drove away with our dream car and we have had an amazing service from our point of contact, Ben Browne. With the ups and downs of the car market we had lots of questions and we were a bit indecisive with the car accessories, etc but Ben and his team have been very patient to help us along the way with everything, we are very grateful for that.This is from now on our dealership of choice.

A terrible experience buying a used Range Rover and then still waiting to resolve issues. It is December and I’m being offered March dates for a collect/return to rectify basic issues which should have been fixed pre collection or at worse when I booked the car back in to be rectified. It’s just a mess. Highly recommend avoiding at all costs.

I recently had my Range Rover serviced at this location, but unfortunately, I encountered some issues with their service. Upon reviewing the service video, they assured me they would address the scratches on my car door and patch on the paintwork during my next visit. I requested confirmation via email, and they committed to send confirmation email for the repairs within the next 30 minutes. However, the next day, I emailed them photos of the damage, and they only acknowledged one scratch, refusing to address the rest. This experience has left me disappointed and concerned. If you plan to entrust your car to this service station, please be cautious

My mom recently bought a car from Gurling. In south west London branch. He handled everything so efficiently and fast. He is amazing, he is calm and patient and deserve to be promoted. He is honest and retains his integrity rather than becoming money orientated and it’s refreshing to see someone like this in the business and you’re more prone to buying.5 star for Gurling and the ladies on the desk fabulous!

I recently bought a Discovery Sport from this dealership and I must say that it was an excellent experience. Always someone available in reception, virtually immediate cup of coffee and comfortable areas for discussion. The agent who looked after us was Alfy Farook and I could not fault him. He kept regularly in touch throughout the order process. The final handover was very relaxed and unhurried and all our questions were answered before we took to the road and a week later we had a further call in case there were more questions to be answered. A far better experience than I have had when purchasing other makes of car.Five stars for this dealership and five stars for Alfy.

The first time I visited the showroom in Reading, it was a terrible experience. It felt like walking into an unstaffed warehouse or a desserts place with absolutely NO customer experience.I then visited the South West London office. It was a WOW experience from the start. The elderly person (forgot his name) at the reception was very enthusiastic, welcoming and full of positive emotions. The kids got their snacks and quickly settled.Alfy was assigned and he was professional, polite and patient man who walked me through the complete process. Answered all my question. I placed the Order for FPace P250 and he Kept me updated regularly on progress and it was hassle free throughout.Fortunate to get the car delivered on September 1, 2023 with the new number plate 73. The kids loved the pizza and all the paperwork was done online. I had to just receive the key and take a photo on the delivery day.
