Really friendly company, they take the time to understand your needs and budget in order to supply a product that is perfect for you. I recently fitted 6 cameras in my premises, all state of the art equipment and they beat every quote I received by atleast a couple hundred pounds. A great experience from this young man! He has done a very neat and tidy job, didn’t make one bit of mess whilst working. The quality of the cameras are phenomenal with prices being very competitive. I had got quotes from many different companies and London CCTV Systems was by far the cheapest. I did not know much about how these cameras integrate with phones and laptops etc at all but he explained to me in detail how it all works, the fact that I can now see what’s going on around my house from my phone is great. Another thing is the communication was great, very fast response! The service after sales has also been great, there were some things I couldn’t figure out so I made the phone call and he talked me through it and made things as simple as he could over the phone as I am not much of a technical person. Edited; STAY AWAY! I do not recommend having been mistreated and led on for maybe over a year could be more. Aftercare doesn’t exist, I offered to pay, refused, reconsidered, ghosted me, called their office to complain, same guy pretending he’s not. The second hand cringe! I got locked out my system, don’t know how to get back in, he kept me waiting a year before I finally complained about him to him, his last words were “I was going to come, but now I am not going to”!!!Kids are running businesses, the sanctity of transaction no longer exists as standard. They throw a wobbly and can’t own their malpractice.Please steer clear! I have a Chinese model with instructions that dont make sense, I had no CCTV for a year and a half I couldn’t figure it out. No customer after care. Brother Mushtaq! Ain’t no type of brother anyhow. Bumped by a Muslim…brotherJust what we needed without any of the fuss. Swift, clean and tidy installation without any wires to worry about. I can watch it on an app on my phone. And directly on my TV. Best price for top quality night vision videos. We have received ongoing support with prompt communication. We are extremely happy with the service and work carried out. Will definitely recommend this as a friendly and trustworthy company.
