AAA Outdoor Group

I had a fantastic weekend hiking trip with AAA to Dorset’s beautiful Jurassic Coast. All very well organised and the food was amazing! From Misha’s famous cakes and morning porridge to the clotted cream scones when you arrive home from your hike, not forgetting the beetroot salad to accompany the evening meal - all was delicious and cooked with love! Everyone so friendly and welcoming, I’m looking forward to my next weekend trip with AAA!

Highlands trip May 2022This was My first AAA experience. We were met at Glasgow airport by the guys, Misha, Mike, Jan and PeterFor this five days, six night trip.We were able to experience a number of great places and hikes including Ben Nevis, Oban, Glen Finnan and around the Glencoe area. (A day trip to Skye was not possible due to road closures but great alternatives were offered).AAA also pride themselves on providing great catering options and we were treated to a daily special of ‘Misha’s’ porridge and cooked options, as well as a good selection of packed lunchbox options which we made ourselves. Dinner was often at a local pub or seafood place as well as two evenings having homemade food at the lodge we were staying at.The guides took great care each day to explain the different hiking options, ensuring that differing abilities matched the options.Would definitely recommend and I am already looking at what other options they have coming up.

I have been on quite a few weekend trips with AAA in the UK, as well as some day trips and a 5 day trip to Slovakia. I've even spent a New Years Eve with them. The trips have always been very professionally organised and the crew are extremely welcoming, and very encouraging of hikers and walkers of all abilities. Misha, Mike, Jez and Tatiana make a really wonderful team who do everything they possibly can to ensure that everybody has a wonderful and unforgettable weekend. There is a strong emphasis on the social element of the trips, as well as on really great food from Chef Misha and his team. I couldn't recommend a weekend away with AAA enough - I've made some lifelong friends through AAA!

I've hiked with AAA for years and would highly recommend them - I just spent five days hiking in the mountains of Slovenia and loved every minute. From the beautiful scenery and interesting hiking routes, to tasty food and great company AAA has been consistently awesome. Thanks again for the wonderful trip Misha, Tatiana and all!
