Had an appointment regarding my granddad's funeral today. The woman was very harsh with her words. Said things that weren't needed and upset my nanna who has lost her husband and son in the last 2 weeks. We decided against going there. Shocking service

Absolutely lovely service for my grandma. Devon looked after us so much and went the extra mile to make sure everything was organised and that my grandma had the best possible funeral. Thank you so much to the whole team for being so organised and constantly contacting and allowing for last minute changes.Devon is so professional, and really cares about her role. She has even since contacted the family to check how we are.Thank you so much again

One star is one too many, very false, uncaring, very dissapointing, clearly just a job like any other to them. Attended my uncle Raymonds funeral today, sat there and listened to very little about him, and some untruthes as they had not bothered to gain any information from any of his numerous family members. It had been a pre paid for by himself, may he rip along with his 9 siblings of whom there was no mention of.

Absolutely brilliant they took all the stress away they gave mum her every wish. Even though I say it my self best funeral I have ever been to Devon and her team knocked it out of the park , the horses where so good thank you all for your caring and thoughtfulness wish I could give you a 10

Don't have your loved ones going here. Absolutely shocking seen my mum looking like tht. If yu want a nice funeral dont come here.
