Always made to feel welcome here.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of the stylists (and have done previously).After using the salon for years, I had a cut that I wasn't 100% happy with but...it was the way it this was dealt with that stood out for me. A quick call and I was back in the salon in a matter of hours. Thanked for being honest and returning and giving them a chance to work their magic. I am more than happy with the result. That is what I call looking after your customers.Thanks again.

Perfect as always. Cherry did a superb job of adding brown into my blonde and it looks even better than I had imagined, can’t fault it.

Had a very bad experience here following my complaint about hair colouring not being what I had asked for. A very nice stylist did her best to rectify the problem but the response from Graham was very poor, to say the least. He refused to accept I had been overcharged (which I am sure I was) and then had the cheek to demand an extra £20 for helping to rectify my complaint! He also failed to tell me I had £4 in loyalty points I could have used. I have been a loyal customer here for last 17 years, had no complaints until recently and have recommended many friends. I felt bullied and intimidated and he made it very obvious that he didn’t want me back. I am a very elderly lady and didn’t argue about paying as the salon was busy and I didn’t want to get too stressed. However, I was very upset about paying all that extra money. They never even had decency to dry my hair properly. Wouldn’t it have been much kinder Graham if you had sat down and chatted about what was going wrong recently and trying to see things from my point of view rather than making me feel like I was scrounging for a bit of extra colouring. These things can invariably be resolved with a little kindness and understanding on both sides without unpleasant undertones from the owner.

First time visiting this salon and Ellie done an amazing job. My hair was lifeless, damaged and uneven untill she worked her magic. The attention to detail and precision she put into my hair was amazing. Such a friendly stylist, the one salon have gained a customer for life.

First visit to the one salon today, I’ve had a lovely experience as one of my first times in a salon. Everyone was lovely and kind. Graham was my stylist and he did an amazing job with my hair! Left feeling amazing and well looked after!

If you want a hairdresser who not only listens to you, but treats you with the utmostcare, dignity and respect ensuring they do whatever they can to get your desired result and take care of you, Graham and his team are definitely for you!I cannot thank them enough!Honestly from the moment i walked in, Graham and his team took their time, care and attention to cater to my every need!My colour was done by Erin the stylist who was very friendly, and artistic ensuring she got every laat strand which is now shiny, glossy, permanent and does not fade on your clothes, towels or bedsheets!My cut was done by Graham who again took his time, care and attention to detail!I was even impressed whilst I was having my blow dry the team were forward thinking, planning and taking notes for my next colour appt on how they can best maintain the quality of my hair not to cause any long term damage Proving cost effective for the client in the long run!Honestly I cannot ecommend the team enough! Very high level of customer service, great value for money and all staff act with honest integrity keeping the clients best interest at heart!Thank you!

Ellie transformed my hair!! Added layers and blow dried it so perfectly, can’t remember the last time it looked and felt this healthy. Lovely lovely lady, I will be rebooking for colour next time too :)

Amazing. Turned up with my 7 year old today as she decided she wanted to have curls in her hair. The girls were fantastic and welcoming to her and did an amazing job. Thank you. Would recommend 100%

I had the pleasure of visiting Erin at the salon, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Erin is not only polite but incredibly competent in her craft. Before she even starts, she takes the time to explain the steps, ensuring I'm comfortable throughout the process. Her attention to detail is impressive, as she not only listens to my preferences but also offers helpful suggestions to achieve the perfect look. The salon's atmosphere adds to the overall experience, creating a warm and cozy environment that makes every visit enjoyable.
