They tried to charge me £10 to drop off a prepaid FedEx parcel. Go to the Shell Garage just up on Marylebone Road and they will take your fedex parcels for free.

used the Bounce bag drop at Mail Boxes. Extremely easy and efficient. Very helpful, lovely staff.

Stay away . So i have been today to this shop as as they are a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter , the shop owner tried to charge me £5 fee for accepting my parcel even knowing its a pre paid parcel , which had a label already paid . So i decided to go to Fedex station on Bilton way where i been told this is against they policy and ilegal to charge. Ridiculous what some shop owners try to do when they already have a contract and fees agreed . Scammer and fraud ! STAY AWAY

Today I was struggling with printing from my so one of my colleagues recommended mailbox. I walked into shop and met this lovely with a big smile on her face . She asked how she can help me . Explained I am struggling with the above and she said let me help. Her patient and professional attitude towards me and general and even with the that is walked whilst she is dealing me was amazed. She spoke well and with confidence. Be aware of very expensive charges. I tried to send a Fedex document (one sheet of A4) to Korea and they wanted to charge me £120. I went to the post office on Baker St (200m away) and it cost me £45!

Went there on Friday to drop off my luggage via Luggagehero. The staff that worked there were very nice, quick and took good care of my luggage.

They asked me for a week to deliver my materials. after a week they hadn't even started. I ended up finding another place for half the price.
