I've been using Knowle nets for a good while now for gardening netting and have been happy with their service until I received my last order from them. They supplied me with the wrong netting, I wanted the heavy duty netting but they sent me out just standard and wasn't really suitable for my needs. I phoned them up and a girl took my details and said she would pass the info on and someone would get back to me, but after 2 days nothing. I called back again and spoke to the same girl and was told the same rubbish, which I took with a pinch of salts. Would you believe no one got back to me again. There quick enough to take your money but no good at customer service. I shall not use them again and suggest if you can source items elsewhere, please do so.

Customer service is poor with no care or response to the customer. We purchased a £500 bespoke fruit cage. It took numerous attempts to buy it as they never responded (I should have noted the warning sign). The cage arrived with no markings on the posts to tell us what was what and no drawing. We had taken a day off to put it up and after a day of calling knowlnets and speaking to people we had no response and had to try and muddle through ourselves. The product itself is ok but I would not recommend using this company as once they have your money they have no interest in you as a customer

Excellent service and quality. Despite the problems with Covid 19 the nets arrived before the date expected, having received notification by email to say there would be a delay. All components were there correct size and instructions were clear. Would certainly use Knowle nets again.

Get a notification that goods despatched, then a notification of a refused delivery - it never came near my house, then told a month's wait becaue an item was now out of stock. Been a week after requesting a refund and cancellation . Still no sight or sound. Frankly piss poor.

I phoned them at 12 o'clock to order a fruit cage in a strange size and I picked it up at 2 o'clock. Brilliant to deal with and the cage and net are excellent quality. The instructions are very comprehensive and it's easy to put together. Very competitively priced as well. Will use again (although it's so well made I can see this being soon!!)

Placed an order 31 May and was told the fruit cage would be delivered within 10 days . When it didn’t arrive I phoned last week to ask where my order was . I was told that they were waiting for one component and I should have been advised of the delay by email . I was also told the missing component had been received and I would receive the goods within the week . I think anyone reading this will guess that no acknowledgment of the order , no product, email nor tracking information have been received. I should have read Trustpilot reviews before placing an order as customer service is clearly not their forte .

I wanted to take a more professional approach to supporting my tall herbaceous perennial plants & dahlias this year. I ordered 10m of the 2m wide 100mm heavy duty knotted square mesh. Delivered in a week which is great during Covid 19. Excellent quality product - definitely worth spending the extra on something that will last. Very easy to attach & tension to wooden posts. Looking forward to flop free Rudbeckias! Pleased to be supporting a British Company too. Thank you Knowle Nets Ltd.

Very pleased with our cage. Took a while to come but we understand there are major problems all over the country with getting some parts. I rang up and got through to a lovely lady who informed me I would have it by the end of the week. It came the next day. It’s already up and now stopping the birds from eating all our fruit.

Cage arrived with no instructions and no ties to fix the net. Ties arrived when I complained bur still no instructions.The cage itself is good, it fits together easily and seems sturdy enough for the job. But the netting comes in two parts roof & sides. The roof netting was almost too narrow for the cage even although it was supposed to be 3m net for a 2.75m cage. No matter how I tried I can get the two nets to not pull away from each other between the ties to make a buterfly proof seal. Also the ties are only just long enough to go round the poles and wont go round the flattened ends. So to make my cage buterfly proof I am going to have to use string to stitch the 2 nets together. I don’t really think thats acceptable for a cage sold as buterfly proof.

Ordered a vegetable cage with 7mm mesh netting. 3 times they sent the wrong netting, either wrong mesh and/or wrong measurement for the cage (1 replacement didn't even fit one side of the cage, they forgot the netting has to go up and over the cage). Couldn't be bother to try them again and went elsewhere for the netting. Wasted my time and money. Wouldn't recommend them.
