I cannot recommend Maria enough!!! She was so passionate to do the cake and took into account all our suggestions, she was as enthusiastic as us to bring the cake to life. Furthermore, I was even more impressed with her service, she hand delivered the cake. Now the detail on the cake was breathtaking and it tasted HEAVENLY!!! Thank you so much for this cake, it brought us an enormous amount of joy!!

I wanted a very special cake for my fiancée as this was her second lockdown birthday. Had some ideas but spoke to Maria at Fondant Fantasies as she’s a good friend and very talented cake maker. Follow her on Facebook and she’s superb!Her idea was food illusion - my fiancée and I love Indian snacks so an idea was born.Couldn’t believe how good the outcome was - Maria did a platter of pakoras, samosas, chicken tikka and sheek kebabs. Real assault on the senses - imagine expecting brown, spicy, crispy pakoras and instead experiencing moist, rich chocolate cake, covered in mango and passion fruit buttercream. Chicken tikka pieces in succulent vanilla cake, covered in lemon cheesecake buttercream. A superb experience - played with all the senses and was exactly the experience that we were looking for.Maria delivered a superb product - Made the day very special and I would happily use Fondant Fantasies for any special occasion. Maria made the most fantastic cake for my wife's birthday! Everyone who saw it thought it was a sculpture, not a cake at all. We have never seen a more realistic model of a Running Hare and it was genuinely all made of beautiful tasting Chocolate Cake! I can not recommend Fondant Fantasies enough. Maria made both my 9 year old son and my 14 year old daughter's birthday cakes this year - Both were incredible works of art that tasted as wonderful as they looked! Highest quality!I am a return customer of Maria’s and have ordered many cakes which have astounded me every time. Maria has made for my family stunning sculptures of dragons, floral arrangements and has replicated our family crest from a signet ring up to a 10 inch plaque with perfect detail. On top of all that, they taste amazing! Order in advance if you can - her talents are in demand.

If I had a sixth or seventh star this would certainly be highlighted. Maria's skills are second to none and I found Maria very helpful in supporting a themed cake. Maria provided high quality design were taste matched her creation. If anyone are seeking a high end unique gift then Maria's cakes should certainly be considered. My partner was extremely amazed.
