Lovely coffee, efficient staff. Rather soulless and clinical space. Some of the other customers waiting in line were just so rude and pretentious. They spoilt our last morning coffee in Cheltenham. The Stepford cakes looked eerily identical - we prefer a more rustic and informal approach to coffee and cake and will keep up the hunt for a friendly coffeeshop in Chelt. Plenty more coffee shops to try!

Wonderful space and great coffee. Had a delicious Colombian geisha the other day and the guest espresso never disappoints. Baristas know their stuff so if you have questions they can answer them. Always give the filter/batch brew a try.

What a perfect little find for a retail therapy break! Some of the best coffee’s and drinks and the cakes, cruffins and bits were absolutely delicious. Very reasonably priced and extremely friendly.There’s a good reason you’ll have to queue for a while, it really is worth it.Top tip, unless you want to be able to drink your coffee straight away, ask them to make yours hotter. They do it automatically at 60 degrees, so perfect temperature to drink straight away

I enjoyed a lovely cappuccino here on a Sunday afternoon. I love the space inside - great interior, comfy seats and lots of light. Great spot for people watching too as there’s loads of windows. Cappuccino was perfect, didn’t have to wait long at all despite training staff. Picked up a loyalty card as we’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent cafe in an extremely convenient location.• Spacious, plenty of seating• Decent coffee and tea - well thought through with the bag partially hung out, and a cup to hold your teabag in case you wanted to remove it sooner (rather than plonking it on your saucer)• strong wifi - thank you. I needed to do a work call and it held up very well.
