I use to go to your shop I n gosforth and yous were great I didnt know were you had went to but so glad I found you again always lovely staff so friendly and helpful my late father thought a lot about how yous were so helpful to him as well thanks again to all the staff

The access to the shop is brilliant, plenty of scooters to look at. The knowledge of the sales person was brilliant, he helped me choose the kymco agility. The service and great attitude of all the staff is outstanding. I purchased this and it was delivered and install to the hoist of my car. Never looked back since absolutely gave me my freedom back.

I went for a electric wheelchair and I managed to get a second hand one and they are putting new tyres on and a bag which I am grateful for as I couldn't get a new one so I am pleased with that.thank you.

Stopped in just to see about getting a shower chair for my mother who is going to visit from Canada, they guys are so helpful and listen to what is needed. Really appreciate their help, and highly recommend them.

Very unhappy. A miserable man answers the phone. This shambles supplied my 91 year old mother an electric/push wheel chair March 2023. Via a charity donation. The cable dropped off yesterday. I called them straight away.1. The man showed no interest accused us of badly handling the equipment before even asking what the issue was.2 immediately said there’s a £35:00 call out fee. Didn’t take into account a charity supplied the chair as my mother couldn’t afford it. She doesn’t have money to blow.3. Didn’t take into account the chair has a 12 month guarantee and just didn’t care.4. Didn’t listen as to how the cable dropped off just wanted to blame user error.4. Now my mother has a chair which she loves in a state of dis repairLoads of other companies to use. Don’t use this shower.That’s it. Nothing fixed.
