would rate a 0 if i could. All food came cold and an hour late, after we got told it would take 20 minutes. Paid for 2 ice cream tubs, only 1 came. Mini pancakes came completely different to what i ordered. It said online crushed up chocolate

Usually we don’t have any issues however customer service has seriously deteriorated here, we rang up as our order didn’t arrive within the expected time that Deliveroo gave us, the gentleman told us the driver is leaving now (20 min after our expected arrival time) so we waited then we rang again as it had been over an hour delay, this time we had some guy speaking like an imbecile wanting to start a fight… not used to this kind of service from a business? Seriously need to brush up on their customer service skills and their mannerism, they need to go back and learn basic manners, owners need to look into who they’re hiring as business reputation can easily be damaged

These guys are usually nice. But I received an order with hardly any milk in the milk cakes, 3 of which were different portion sizes. They also took quite some time to get here, which is the drivers fault, not there’s. But maybe get rid of him, we’re 6 minutes down the road!Not one for bad reviews, but it’ll only help them improve.

They used to be very good but now the sizes are smaller and the amount of chocolate they put on is less and less each time, not to mention the delivery took over an hour and a half. I followed up by calling the store, twice, to be told it had just left, both times!

Was told it would be 30 mins delivery. Ended up being 1h40. Would have called them to cancel the order but they purposely don't answer the phone.The food that did arrive was ok. The definition of mediocre and the portion size was awful. Bought 2 of the waffles and they charge the same as other dessert places and give you half the food you'd get somewhere else (also got the cheesecake but can't comment on that. Bought it for my dad but he had given up and gone to sleep by the time it showed up). Would rather the order got refunded than wait for what I actually got. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else that actually respects your time.

Absolutely shocking service, waited just under 2 hours on for 2 milkshake. Genuinely appalling and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Order took 1hour 40 to arrive and was 30 minutes late. We are understanding if there is a good reason but tried to call the number several times and no response at all. When it finally arrived, the driver didn’t apologise or show once ounce of regret for our wait. Absolutely disgusting and will not be ordering from here again, please take note! Pathetic!!!Don’t get me started on the cold and disgraceful food, vile.
