A great store and friendly helpful staff (excellent customer service from two members on the same day). However, please sort your abysmal non-existent queuing system! Some customers waited for ages in a long queue that went around the side, and some did not (just pushing in at the nearest checkout where the aisle ended). I think you've underestimated how many people would visit the store at once. You need to copy what Primark do!

Not the most pleasent of experiences. Store is freezing cold and we were screamed at by a cashier wanting to get home
