The handsome manager with the turban and big beard is absolutely amazing! Such a kind heart and a sweet voice. He talked me through every step of the journey helping me upgrade my phone. It’s a shame he is a married man because I would snap him up in an instant. I advise everyone to visit this store as the customer service is absolutely second to none!!!

3 Network is undoubtedly a very good network provider with one of, if not the best, contract deals. However, the store is not the best. There's no network coverage in there, which is very strange considering that its their store. You'd have to dedicate a whole day to be there because the queue is just too much and not enough chairs to sit and wait. They should really do something about these things.

Very poor customer service after been such a longterm customer, not what I expected from such a high profile provider.After been in twice to try and sort out my well overdue upgrade and both deals been then been told that they have changed and no longer available and been treated like my custom wasn't of value I am now looking for a new contract elsewhere as this is clearly not good enough.This was a great store and service in the past but not NOW.

The staff are friendly and always very helpful, ive never had any issues with them, the location is easy to get to and they have a decent selection of electronics to choose from. Prices are good and I'll continue visiting here when I need my upgrades!Thanks

Shame I can't give 0 stars to the awful level of customer service, took a phone in to be repaired where it has been damaged further by the sales team.Asked if we had something that wasn't offered on purchase to then be told we couldn't add it after purchase day. Told to ring Huawei to get their service instead. Never had this from any other network.
