Had my first surfing lesson here! Staff were great, and overall the experience was awesome. Will come back for another try at standing up. Also, great price :)

Booked for 2 grandchildren (10&12) for last Friday. 2 other adults plus 2 children also booked the same session, The instructor had to spend a lot of time with the other 2 kids who were right by the shore so why didn't their parents help out??. Anxious time for me as my 2 were quite a way out in the sea, plus they didn't get the time with the instructor we expected. Compared to coming last year when they had a lot more fun . Did speak to the instructor but he just said 'sorry' £50.00 for 2 & very disappointed with the experience this year

I came to hire SUP’s here the other day but I hadn’t done it before so was told I could have a lesson or hire a kayak instead. We hired a double kayak and it was loads of fun, the people in the shop were really friendly and there’s lots to see on Boscombe surf reef!!

Poor communication from shop owner. Was asked for photo ID on first visit so returned to accommodation 0.5 mile from beach. 2nd visit was told I can’t do paddle boarding as I’ve not done it before and need lessons first. Could of informed me the first time to avoid me wasting my time. Shop owner wasn’t rude, but clearly I found this experience irritating and doesn’t warm me to paddle boarding. Think I just stick to swimming & sunbathing and save my money.

I called twice and both times they were friendly and helpful with good information about the surfing conditions. Friendly service at the shop and good prices for rentals. Closing times aren't perfectly reliable, it seems sometimes they close an hour to 30 minutes early depending on how busy they are.I would say it's perfect for a casual surfing session.

As beginner surfers looking for info, we - that is my better half and I - popped into Sorted to ask about paddle-boards. The staff were extremely helpful in answering our questions, plus gave us loads of helpful advice and tips.Whilst there we couldn't resist a bit of browsing through the excellent selection of clothes and both ended up buying some great threads!If you ever get to Boscombe beach or pier, we highly recommend you check out Sorted Beach Shop!

Recently went for a surfing lesson and had an amazing experience. I’d been surfing maybe a handful of times before but I was no expert. All the staff were so helpful and took their time explaining things. The equipment was really good and user friendly. Overall had a amazing time and will definitely be telling my friends to go.

Came in person, booked and paid for a 2-hours group lesson on paddle-boarding in advance but when came there were told that there was a mistake and they will not be able to fit us in. The staff was not showing any empathy for us wasting our time although it is very unprofessional. There was another couple who booked it and was turned away for the same time. They don't guarantee you a lesson even if you paid for it in advance.

The surf class started later than booked, so it also ended later. My booki g was also not in the system, but it seemed to be alright.Also the waves haven't been that good on this day, that wasn't the fault of the teacher, offcourse.Comparing the class and instructions to other surf classes I had, this wasn't the best one.But, if you are a beginner, this could be a good and very simple start.
