Nice place and helpful staff

They damaged my bracelet, denied that it was them, the man who did the work came and shouted at me he was very rude, he lied and said management is not available and then all the sudden she was there on the phone when I refused to leave without any compensation, the manager was very rude and said if I'm threatening to take legal action she don't need to do nothing for me, they was very rude and unhelpful and I wouldn't recommend anyone using this service if you care and value your jewellery because it will not come back in the same condition it went there in. I'm disappointed and discussed at there service.

I went to this jewellers with my boyfriend recently, and I literally cannot emphasise how great they were with us.The woman was especially patient with me when showing us different options, which is good for me because I can be a bit indecisive/picky. Recommend!!!

The jewellery in this store is really unique. The customer service was A1. Not only did they offer to repair my broken jewellery but they also offered custom made jewellery. This store is A1

They’re so rude and unprofessional. I went and bought a necklace for my mum for her birthday and a week later she tried it on and literally it snapped like paper. This doesn’t happen when you attempt to put a necklace on. Idk what they’re selling but it’s not good quality for the amount you pay. I went back the next day with my family asking for a refund or a exchange and they told me they won’t do anything for me yet the lady that works their demonstrated how easily the necklace can break so she even proved herself how easy it is to break. Stupid woman. Usually when an item is faulty your are entitled to exchange or get a full money back as I work in retail myself. This place needs to shut down. Do not buy from this place.

Fixed my necklace lock really quickly and great customer service. It was also a very friendly environment would highly recommend.

This is the worse place to buy anything. Extremely poor service and its just amount of time the close down. Disgusting service and unprofessional individuals. I will be putting a petition for this place. We cant cant have these scummers in haringey borough.
