Where to start,wee bought a caravan a year ago+unknown to us it had damage to the back bedroom wall,the wall moved when wee went near it,wee werent sure why it would do this+it had a bad nasty smell of wood rot,not knowing where to turn+if maybe wee had to scrap our lovely caravan which is only 9 years old,wee were given the name of hogg's luisure in dumfries,i nervously called them,explained what i thought my findings were,the first person i spoke to was a lovely lady called karen,she said its fine+not to worry wee will send someone out as soon as to have a look,she spoke things through with me+her calming kind voice calmed me down literally straight away,kept in touch through every visit to the caravan to get quotes+said exactly what needed done,in about 4 weeks the back wall looks fantastic+the horrid smell is gone+i found out that they also supply+fit carpets+cushion floor,so wee went the whole way+got the caravan fitted out+what an amazin job,its so cosy+i walked in to no mess,there was a few tweeks needed after i checked the work,again phoned+spoke to karen+the men went back+sorted the wee issues straight away.wee just want to say thankyou for all of your professionalism+wee will recommend your wonderful company to anyone+everyone who ever has an issue with there static caravans xx
