The staff and tilly in particular are brilliant nothing is to much trouble we always feel in safe hands with our holidays.

First of all I can't believe that there aren't more reviews for Hays Travel Prenton.Called in looking for a cruise holiday this year.Unfortunately we knew that we had left things late due to the increasing cost of holiday cruises.Tilly was the lady who was going to help us find a holiday. Tilly was friendly and helpful and tried so many sites and did so many comparisons trying to find a holiday. Due to the price we had in mind we left without booking anything. I cannot fault Tilly for all her help and patience a true professional in her career and a great ambassador for Hays Travel. Tilly gave us several brochures to look at for early 2020 so here we are looking to return to book a holiday for next year.
