Honestly if I could give Zero I would. I will never order from this place online again! Multiple times they've sent an incomplete order, the last time I had to drive down there because the sharing bucket ordered and delivered had no drink and no chips (what's the point right) I then waited 15 minutes for a new order to then be given cold chicken. It was chaos in there, drivers queuing up waiting for food, food sitting on the side waiting for drivers, there were deliveries on the side when I arrived, still there when I left, if your food turns up cold, this is why! Awful place.

I am so disappointed with this store. The staff were just not corporative. Everyone just seemed to be chatting. I could see my order ready through deliveroo and it was quicker for me to collect it but they wouldn't give me my order and they refused to call the restaurant helpline too. I asked for 20 ketchups to go with my 20 hot wings and I was told that they can't give out 20 ketchups because I'm not going to eat it. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from this store.

Went to kfc Yiewsley at 18.00 on a CV Monday. It was extremely busy.There was one young girl serving customers and giving out orders.She was a new starter and didn’t have a name badge.Her name was Mackaela.She was under extreme pressure and got no help from the other staff.Nevertheless she stayed calm, kept smiling and was very polite.Excellent service from the young lady.

I ordered a 3pc colonels meal for one, it came with under 20 chips, the 3 pieces of chicken were all dry drumsticks!!My partner asked for a thigh piece and also got a drumstick and less than a handful of chips.The only decent thing I had was the mini fillet burger.They've put their prices up, but have lowered their standards massively.

Ordered food vis the KFC app and never arrived. Driver from Deliveroo stole the food (10.10.23) order no #6452. Tried to contact deliveroo, not possible to reach. Went to the restaurant, explained the situation and the manager delt with it immediately by providing me a new meal for free. Great service!The food is hot and fresh! Thank you.

Parvinder was so friendly and so accommodating to my group this evening.It's so refreshing to see someone so happy at their job it's makes everyone feel so welcoming.The food was also great so glaf they've changed their chips !
