A small walled garden with a variety of plants - flower beds aimed at attractive butterflies and fruit orchards. Parts of the garden have seen better days. Very quiet and tranquil for a potter, though, and the cafe is close by.

Wow what a garden!You know what? This is one of the best gardens/monasteries I've ever visited and I've only actually ever visited one . But if this is what they're all like then in excited for my future because this is absolutely beautiful and amazing. Here's whats included..pears.applesBerriesRocksFishBeesWallsAnd most importantly benches so I can sit down and admire the view whilst smoking a lovely cigarette which I did not litter.Would definitely visit again with the grandkids in 50 years cuz I'm only 23.One improvement to made is that some of its overgrown at the back so please trim some bits at the back.Overall in conclusion this has to be ten out of ten for me and I absolutely enjoyed my short visit to the monetary and I commend the work of those lovely monks for keeping it tidyAmen
