I spoke with a very kind and calming young fellow. He was able to explain how the cost I owed was worked out. We was able to agree a settlement plan which worked for both parties. He added to contact back if unable to pay. He made this best it could be.

I ended up in a bit of debt with a company that ARC recovers payments for. Best advice to anyone is be open and honest and there’ll se guys will accommodate you as best they can. I dealt with a gentleman called CJ. Customer service is spot on and he was extremely helpful

Professional, polite, understanding - more than can be said for some of the people they work on behalf of! Just be aware they’re busy and if you’re on a web chat, your operator may have to go quiet whilst they also manage the phones! (I’ve worked in similar environments, it’s hellish!)
