Have been working for BB Torbay now for two and a half years. I love my job as it gives me the flexibility to have the lifestyle I want and like. The hours give you a good home and work life balance, with excellent pay. Along with the pay we are also paid travel time between each customer as well as petrol allowance! I am proud to be able to wear my BB uniform

I joined Bluebird Torbay in December 2017. They are fantastic to work for and everyone from the carers to the management have the biggest hearts. I would thoroughly recommend them as both a care company and employers. Certainly the best company that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
