Local PCR - Birmingham

I was flying to Hong Kong which has stringent entry requirements, one of which is the laboratory where the PCR obtained is ISO15189 accredited. After being told by another Birmingham testing centre that they were not accredited as required, they referred me to Local PCR who provided me an appointment in 30 minutes! This was such a relief as I was flying the next day and it was already 3 pm.Local PCR also happily provided me with the certificate I needed as proof of their accreditation and with it being an express option I had selected, I received my results that evening in plenty of time for the early afternoon next day flight.Thank you Local PCR.

Really helpful customer service team and a prompt, reliable service all round. My 'tester' was Ella in Altrincham - she was brilliant. Calm, reassuring and really gentle so what I anticipated to be an uncomfortable experience that I was anxious about was made almost pleasant by her skill and approach. Also tests are reasonably priced.

Dealt with in a very friendly, efficient and gentle (in regard to the swabbing) manner at the Westminster centre. The same professionalism clear to see in all contacts with the Head Office too with calls answered extremely promptly and questions dealt with in the same correspondingly reassuring fashion. The only company I have dealt with so far to have lived up to the promises made. Keep up the great work!

Excellent quality of service provided at Local Pcr Coventry branch. Highly appreciated their service. I was late for my appointment time but staff of Coventry branch is very helpful and accommodating. Extremely impressed with the caring people who I dealt with, from calling help centre to visiting local pharmacy for my antigen test, I was meant with complete professionalism, would not hesitate to recommend this service. The results of my test came through very quickly. So now ready for my long overdue visit to see my family.

Based on my experience I would definitely recommend the place. Easy to book, easy to find, I had 2 PCR tests done on site and had 2 different nurse/assistant who were both equally really nice, reassuring and gentle. Results came through when they said it would via email.

Absolutely satisfied with the service quality. The nurse or the assistant was welcome me friendly . She asked me my personal details and passport. Everything went well and she was very gentle when she take the sample. I was a bit worried about i can't find the clinic but in the end I find it . She was patient enough to listen my story about how I'm not went home , because I hasn't got negative pcr test on time. And this way I was denied from a flight.
