Fantastic toy shop set over two floors. Has a variety of toys on display for children to try out.It does get a little crazy at times with youngsters flying past you on various wheeled toys.Ample parking at Crown point.

Really good price for controllers a lot cheaper than other stores. Super helpful staff, the girl on the cashdesk was really awkward and over talkative. But other than that some great deals to be had.

They don’t accept International Bank Debit Card means tourists from outside of the UK can’t shop anything from here… and with international debit card holder they behave like we are came from another planet (I’m mean not from this Earth) they don’t respect…Very bad experience at this Smith Toys shop…Don’t go there with International Debit Card otherwise they will put you in Jail… coz they behave like Police…

I don't understand why Smyth store in Crown Point has 4 stars, staff in this store are incompetent, level of customer service is none existent and worst of all are extremely rude. NEVER!!! go to this store.

I like smyths toys and the products they sell however this particular store has quite a rude woman on the till who rolls her eyes if you take to long to pay and laughs with her colleagues really disaapointing customer service as smyths is a place of joy for children.Unfortunately sometimes a few bad eggs spoils the whole carton. Smyths needs to roll out good customer service especially at there most profitable time of the year.

Brilliant store, the staff dealt with my return even though i had lost my receipt and was over 30 days. Great to have places like this still on the highstreet, long may they continue!

Nice big store, lots of choices and plenty of stock. Just be wary of their click and collect policy, 48 hours to collect or the items are 'put back on the shelf' and you have to wait 10+ days for a refund, awful policy, never known it to be that short from other brands, usually at least 7 days. Had to buy all the items again, fortunately I was able to afford them all. Staff weren't the most helpful when I asked for assistance in locating them as it was a click and collect order for Christmas so I didn't have a clue, they just pointed to an aisle, but to be fair they were all young kids, probably Christmas temps and had been busy all day. One girl was very helpful though and walked me to where every item was, big thanks to her.

Ok, but make sure to get the seperate packs if you collect pokemon cards. The ones in boxes and cardboard are terrible and a waste of money

Amazing toy store spread out over 2 floors. Something for all kids to enjoy. Worth a visit as you are most likely to get the toy you are after here and there are many ideas for presents.
