One massage booked for me, one for my husband. He loved his therapist Sarolta and felt like she was very attuned to his needs. I am pregnant so had a pregnancy massage with Ula, who was also very good, very relaxing. I have been impressed with customer service with Ruuby so far as they have also had to reschedule a double booking and did so without changing the price and very promptly. I am looking forward to using them when my son is born as how convenient to have someone come to your home for all the beauty essentials!

Great service connecting with some amazing therapists and MUAs. Used Ruuby to book my Halloween makeup this year and they connected me with a brilliant MUA who executed my look perfectly. Artist was on-time, professional and so lovely! Everyone at the party kept on complementing my makeup. Highly recommend using Ruuby and will most definitely be using them again.

I totally recommend the Ruuby app — I have used their services several times by now and I am very satisfied with the quality of therapists and services they offer. Always on time, very professional and enjoyable to work with! I will keep using the app — it’s so convenient! They also do their best to accommodate any bespoke requirements you may have which is very helpful!

I have been using Ruuby for at-home manicures & pedicures since the start of the year.The service from the concierge has been great and I was always given quick help when I needed it.I have booked 3 different beauticians, I was overall satisfied with 2 of them, I was slightly dissatisfied with one due to nail polish application. Ruuby helped me sort the latter. I have found a beautician I am extremely satisfies with and I now book her regularly

We booked a hair & a makeup therapist for both myself and my sister for a wedding and they were both fantastic. Exactly the looks we wanted for the day and it lasted. thank you so much (so easy to organise via the app also)

Ruuby is an amazing service and I’m so glad to have discovered it. The Amazing Lori has come to ours a few times during pregnancy and post and given my husband and I the most wonderful and relaxing massages. Would recommend Ruuby and Lori specifically!

Terrible experience with Ruuby!! I paid for my service in full, received none of it, and Ruuby refuses to refund me! The technician was late, not able to remove my nail polish, left within 3 minutes of arriving, and I still have to pay for the full service. Customer service is extremely unprofessional. Very rude over the phone. Do not try!

I have used the Ruuby app for a while now and I can't recommend it enough! It's the first time I've had treatments at home and I'll never look back. Their app is so easy and user-friendly to use and I love that you can choose your therapist based on availability, their previous reviews and profiles. All the therapists I have used have been prompt, professional, friendly & knowledgeable, and the treatments feel luxury.
