PLEASE BE AWARE. Unfortunately we have lost a lot of money trying to book a Day with a Perfumer" Experience in London. This was booked in 2019 and initially the communication was good. They had helped us book a date for October 2022 due to not being able to attend certain dates and then Covid happened. My wife and her friend had travelled to London the night before the experience in order to be there on time (train tickets + hotel).
