What happened?? First time I’ve needed the doctor’s in 2 years. It is physically impossible to get through to them on the phone so therefore impossible to get an appointment. No matter if you call at 8.30am-9.30-am the line simply rings dead. Worryingly, this is the case even if you select the ‘if this is a medical emergency option’. Clearly an establishment that really doesn’t care about its reputation or about the wellbeing of its patients. If I could give Dunluce Family Practice 0 stars I would.

Without doubt the worse health centre ever! I told them about the side effects of my mums tablets as well as ot and her nurse telling them and still nothing absolutely disgusting behaviour!!

I have nothing bad to say about the reception staff as they have always been civil to me.The waiting times are abysmal (I'm writing this review sitting in the surgery and I've been waiting a full hour after my appointment time) and the doctors don't seem to care. They're also terrible at handling mental health issues. Everything is rushed and if you request a psych medication, you're treated like you're a drug addict on the make. Don't go here if you're sensitive and need a compassionate doctor. Look elsewhere.Searching for a new practice and intend to submit a formal complaint. I get that funding is tight, etc, but this is not okay at all.

If I could, I will give them (Dunlice Family Practice, known as Kelly Practice before) 0 star. I’ve been trying to book a vaccine appointment for a month and have to call them back continuesly every week/3 days, still got nothing. They can’t call you back with available appointments, and you can’t book appointments online neither. Every time I call them, they always seem so busy that they want to end the call ASAP. Come on, who’s not busy?! Never had this bad experience with any other GP before. I would recommend everyone to stay away from them, and I’m changing my GP. No more time to be wasted on them.

Their automated phone system says the urgency will be determined by a GP. This is a lie. An unqualified receptionist does that for you. No wonder A&Es are packed out when you can’t get to see a GP after trying for 2 weeks.

If I could give minus stars I would. I’ve been trying to speak to a doctor for weeks, anytime I call at 8:30 the line is just busy despite repeat trying for an hour.I used to be with a great GP surgery until they rolled it up into Dunluce. It’s a disgrace they treat people like this, they should be ashamed of themselves, it’s clear why people have to go to A&E for things which are non urgent.What’s the point in this practice if all you get is reception who refuse to answer calls or book appointments

It is absolutely disgusting how long they keep you on hold. 15 minutes I was on hold there. That's not the longest. The longest I have been kept on hold was for just over 30 minutes. Why on earth would anyone be kept on the phone on hold for 30 minutes? There's not many people going to the centre because of this covid pandemic. I should put in an official complaint. Terrible service!

Tried to call so many times, they say the line is busy... I went to the centre... you barely have 3 people in the waiting room...the receptionist did not care about my symptoms. She did not even take notes to transfer them to the doctor...Been told to call back at 8.30 but I told this what I did , explaining her I am not able to reach the reception she did not care
