Burger had tiny amount of sauce, chips were super salty and drink tasted watered down.While we were in a ceiling panel fell off and hit a member of staff in the head.Also clinical atmosphereFood taste of chemicals.

Food is fine but the delivery guy from UBER called OMAR was verbally abusive to my partner because he went to the wrong address. We're very close to calling the police due to this persons behaviour. My partner is making a complaint to UBER currently. But I want some action taken by the restaurant to make sure OMAR does not get any further deliveries.

On google and your app your opening time at this branch is stated 11am….Change your opening times if yous can’t prep in time! Or even better keep the doors locked until yous are open! Instead of turning away customers who traveled from afar!!!

Was in here yesterday 12/11/23 with my daughter. We just happened to walk by and she said can we go in there? Absolutely loved the food, service was great, the guy at the till made us feel at ease, very good customer service. Food was lovely, we opted for plain chicken wraps with two sides, nice... Everywhere else we went for fast food experience didn't taste as nice. Not sure why it wasn't very busy, definitely worth your money. Fabulous thanks again!

Its just another Black Rooster tbf. The interior is nice and clean, and has plenty of space. Food was on par with the rest of their premises. They do a good lunch deal

Excellent service and friendly staff. Food is alright but not worth the prices. We had a 50% off voucher and felt like okay value, but there’s nothing special here to make you visit over other fast food joints. Feels like it’s trying to be a fast food version of Nando’s, but still charging premium prices. I’d recommend either dropping down to KFC or spending more at a Nando’s or Bucks Bar for a better meal.

Customer service is abysmal. Ordered for delivery and when food arrived juice hadn't been closed properly so entire bag was soaked through, bottom of bag completely fell out and half the items of food were left inedible due to this. Called restaurant to be greeted by the most rude employee who said well there's nothing we can do

Overpriced and poor service. First restaurant I’ve been to who've run out of forks. At least notify your customers beforehand that there’s no forks before taking our money. Go to pepes or Nando’s and avoid this dump.
