I have not bought anything from Autokontrol uk, but I acquired a vehicle which had their technology already installed, surplus to my requirements. I contacted their office on the off chance they could help me deactivate the item, the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and transferred me to her colleague Andy, he talked me through the process for finding the equipment and then deactivating it. I carried out the instructions and was successful, excellent service and I am not currently a paying customer, this may change as there is always room for a quality service from a supplier.
