Went into earnest Jones with my partner to get ideas for engagement rings. Look to other shops but was drawn back to Ernest Jones.This was in part to the amazing help guidance and interest of Lucy the assistant. Her help and support to make the right choice was superb.We only went in for ideas but felt confident we had chosen what we wanted. It didn't feel like a sale it felt like Lucy was part of our experience our excitement our choice and planning.What a lovely experience this was and totally not expected. We will be going back to see Lucy to help us choose our wedding ringsThank you Ernest Jones and especially Lucy for your help guidance and amazingchoice.

Just want to say thanks to Luise at this store. She provided outstanding service, taking the time to show a range of curbed chains I was interested in. Her knowledge and attentiveness made the entire visit amazing. I am sincerely grateful for her assistance, and definitely will be returning to enrestjones in Preston.

Louise at Ernest Jones in Preston St George’s Shopping Centre has been absolutely fantastic and provided a brilliant experience of shopping at Ernest Jones. I had a few sizing issues with my engagement ring, after never being a ring wearer and recently coming back off holiday. Thank you so much for great customer service, understanding and patience! Louise is such a friendly welcoming member of the team, she is an absolute credit to Ernest Jones! X

I have to say some of the finest examples of customer service. nothing was too much trouble and the staff, especially Lucy and her manager, went out of their way to help us coming up with solution that we just didn’t think was possible. Knowledgeable, empathetic and kind are just a few of the words I would use to describe the staff.

I have just purchased my first ever watch from the Preston store, the customer service and friendly staff made the experience wonderful. They are all very knowledgeable and guided me through the watch and all of its functions. Definitely recommend the store, I will be returning soon!
