The place to go for sure, he arranged for the rebuild of a watch with great sentimental value for a dear friend - even polished it to make it look a million dollars - highly recommended !

Amazing service from an incredibly knowledgeable repairman. Got my watch battery replaced here and soon returned to get the watch crown replaced. Both times I received fabulous service at a very reasonable price!

I have been so impressed in my first 2 visits here. Firstly fixed a luggage bag that ripped on the seam before a flight, which barely made it home in one piece. Now looks as good as ever thanks to their skill. Next up I had a shoe with a broken shoe eyelet. I didn't think a fix would look as good as it did, having to address a rip on the shoe by the eyelet as well. Did a great job of restoring the look and reinforcing it. Great job and highly recommend.

An excellent service from both guys there, very professional and helpful. The turn around time for both pairs of my shoes was very quick and they looked as good as new. I had a new watch battery fitted as well. The price I paid was very good value....I know they're only shoes but I left on a bit of a high !

I usually get my watch batteries replaced in Coventry, but on this occasion I sought somewhere in Leamington. I'm very pleased I found this store. Lovely, friendly chap in there and at a much more reasonable price than big brand competitors.

Very good, professional and friendly service. I had some new designer shoes fitted with a new sole, done very well and looks very good. Extremely happy with this. My partner took his VERY worn and neglected office shoes in and they came back as new! The sole on these shoes needed replacing due to both wear and bad workmanship done elsewhere when replacing the sole, but has been restored to a proper state again. Very satisfied and will definitely be coming back here again. Definitely would recommend!

Fabulous service. We sent some shoes here for repair and the advice and honesty was superb. We didn’t get the shoes repaired nor because of the cost of the repair but because the leather itself was stretched. Any other shop would have simply taken our money and repaired the strap. Honesty is a rarity. We will of course go back for other repairs. Highly recommended!

I wanted my watch strap fixed. Called but no reply, but minutes later received a callback and arranged for my watch to be fixed. Went there and after a short wait it was fixed at a very competitive price. Will go there again to get other things done. Good handy shop.
