Poor, the firms positions itself toward the upper market however struggled with more complex institutional grade transactions.Unprofessional service were not proficient at basic communication. Clear lack of experience.

Seems Enness fail at the first hurdle of customer service.....Initial enquiry made and logged with their first port of call explaining a consultant would return my call, no return call.Chased and told Fergus would call. Four days later Fergus does in fact call. Within the conversation there is no courtesy, and obviously in too much of a hurry to absorb any information.We asked if, due to the indepth details Fergus needed that he emailed so that full information could be provided. That was one week ago and yet to receive the email....Looks a great company. Shame the member of staff didn't feel the deal was big enough for his commission conversion...

Paige was great to deal with, as a lender its great to see well presented cases and working with introducers with a well rounded knowledge of the mortgage process. The communication from Paige throughout was a a huge driving factor in the speed at which we were able to complete the case.
