I have been using Bambridge for the last 5 years to file my taxes in the UK. It has always been a pleasant experience. I find the team very professional, knowledgeable and super efficient. Though I would not really recommend you to file your taxes on the last day :), but they have been very accommodating and helped out quite a many times whenever it has happened. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who need no hassle and effective tax returns done. Thanks Bambridge Team!

Bainbridge was recommended by a friend- incredibly efficient when it comes to getting paid but still waiting for my tax refund four months after it was promised- and struggling to get Bainbridge to follow up. Worried that I will lose both my fee as well as the tax refund I am due… I’ve had the same problem as Craig below- Callie initially handled my amendment and then I was handed over to also Alistair. Despite asking, I have yet to receive hard evidence of when the amendment was posted or that they are proactively working to get to the bottom of the delay, which has now far exceeded the original 16-20 weeks originally promised.

I thoroughly recommend Alistair and his team. They have been helping me with my US taxes for 3 years and they could not have made it easier. They are efficient, organised and friendly and they've made an annual chore that I used to dread, straightforward and easy. Their fees are extremely reasonable and I feel that with their expertise I'm in very safe hands. It's five stars from me with no question!

When I first moved to the UK from the United States I tried to muddle my way through the online tax services as I did when I lived stateside, but I found it near impossible. I spent ages on hold to their customer service, even more time explaining that my circumstances are different to US residents and the forms don't suit my needs. I even looked into other UK accountants who charged exorbitant amounts. But Bambridge have been efficient (they remind me when my returns are due), helpful, and reasonably priced. Having a go to service that knows about both UK and US tax requirements has been such a time saver and I won't be going anywhere else.
