A friendly, efficient service from Grant at Ford. He was knowledgable, speaking fluent Ford - could imagine he knew everything there was about Ford vehicles.The reception staff on our arrival were always friendly and helpful too. Cannot recommend this branch highly enough, specifically Neil and David. Had a problem with a car purchased here on Tuesday (the car itself, nothing to do with branch and nothing that they would have been aware of). The issue has been dealt with swiftly, a new car sourced and all resolved by Friday. They were happy to give a full refund if I chose, but wasn’t necessary in the end. The level of service received from initial enquiry until now has been outstanding from both David and Neil and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Alan was a huge helping me buy my new car! As I live in Aberdeen he sent me a video of my new car so I could have a look at it and answered all the questions I had! He is very polite and he has amazing customer service! He’s an asset to the team and company!

Would and plan to use again!I have not attended this location but did buy a car from them Remotely. I first called to Robert (Salesman) asked about the vehicle and was offered a video of the condition of the vehicle taken the next day (thanks dark winter nights). This interaction , paired with there reserve policy, I reserved the vehicle. Within 20 minutes the sales manager called me, confirmed who I had spoke to earlier and asked me if I had any other questions that they could help with. Amazing! The next day I get the video from Robert, every vehicle flaw was pointed out and he advised it would be resolved, I didn't even need to question it. After seeing the video I was happy to proceed but was concerned regarding the last MOT advisories, He advised they would be sorted. So I purchased the car, collected from Southampton. Throughout the process I was kept updated and never felt lied to or mislead. The car when I got it had the advisories sorted (new front brakes and tires), looked amazing and Robert called to confirm I was happy. My only complaint would be Robert was not good at keeping track of time as he would say he would call at one time but it was often later. However I believe that is just the world of car sales as I know I have spent half a day sitting with a car salesman when buying a car so would not hold this against them

Bought VW Passat five months ago which I received in Birmingham they gave me 2 months of warranty but after 5 months clutch plate and gear box is gone very bad experience

First time purchasing with Arnold Clark and defiantly the last time.Unless you want a electric car that can't charge or a car that miles drop by 30 miles when done 5 than this is the place to go. Dodgy electric cars being sold and customer service from Jonathan and Scott has been appalling - I would avoid at all costs. Couldn't even put the correct name on emails :-)Only positive was the click and collect guy at Preston.Stuck with a car that doesn't work and as usual, they are taking no blame for it aha.AVOID AVOID AVOIDFurthermore to this, The GM has 0 customer service skills. Threatening emails and threatening to call the police to report a hire car stolen when they knew full way I am on holiday. Don’t make the same mistake I did and buy from here!!!
