Senn nails

This is my first time trying Senn Nails and I love the service here. Tina creatively designed a great set of nails for me and made them stand out with her professionalism. She is a true artist with great attention to detail, and I cannot say enough good things about her! Great!

I'm so glad when I found out about Senn Nails. They provide a good quality and customer service that I just don't find in the nail industry anywhere. All of the employees are highly skilled and will do whatever they can to make my nails astonishing shining!

First time having my nails done here. I don't have my nails done very often but wanted them done for a special occasion. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted doing and she quoted £30. Then after asking a question about the length of my nails the price was increased to £33 and then again to £35. I didn't mind paying the price but less than two weeks later the gel polish is cracking and peeling off. I'm now wondering if it had anything to do with her rushing the process (pulling my hand out from under the heater before the timer went off) and the fact she kept stopping to argue with the woman next to her. I'm a little irritated though because I expected them to last longer than 12 days.I wouldn't go here again.

Great salon service. Staff very kind and friendly. They are like good nail artists and will definitely do any nail design you want. They are very neat and agile. Must make an appointment in advance as they are usually busy.

Senn Nails is very friendly and can change the time flexibly. The staff is professional, punctual and ensures you have a great manicure experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I have never adored a nail salon like the way I love Senn Nails. The staff is always happy and helpful; the service is always fast. The cost I pay is not just for manicure, it is for the really careful work on my nails. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new nail salon near me!

Awful customer service!!!!!!!Had gel nails removed and older lady sat in the middle left the nails very thin, brittle and rough. Did not even smoothen them out or apply cuticle oil, I had to ask for that. I asked if she can make them smoother and she started to speak in her language to her colleagues in anger. She did not stop speaking in irritation and anger in a language I couldn’t understand. Did not speak to me again and instead her colleague, Tina, had to smoothen the nails out. Very unprofessional and awkward for everyone involved including other customers who did not know what to say. Informed Tina at the end that it is not nice to be spoken to and treated like that. Disgusting behaviour to be treated like that when paying for a service, £10 for gel removal is more than the other nail place on the side of merry hill that had much better service, will not be returning. Would not recommend to anyone unless you are up for verbal abuse in a language you don’t understand and can’t respond to, all whilst paying for a service.

Senn Nails offers a friendly vibe and flexible working hours. Professional staff, always working on time; They always go out of their way to make sure you get the perfect manicure you need. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Senn Nails is a much better nail shop than the other one down there. I just pay affordable prices. A large variety of colours is found in there.
