Excellent service. I would highly recommend Lawrie vets in Falkirk as an exotic specialist. My bearded dragon sustained a wound which had me rather worried, after visiting the practice I had complete faith in the staff.Everything was explained clearly and concisely, no aspect felt rushed, pricing was also very fair and clear.I feel like the staff went above and beyond in both customer care and whilst looking after my bearded dragon during his stay, even filled up his hot water bottle for the trip home which I thought was really thoughtful during such busy times. My bearded dragon has been unwell for some time which has caused a lot of stress. I had umpteen tests done on him to try and find the issue with no luck.. Today we drove over an hour to see Richard at Lawries and the experience was amazing.. He found the issue within 10 minutes, handled my pet with care and was very considerate of what I needed and didn't need in order to diagnose and treat little Astrid, who is now on the mend. Overall 10/10 service.

Lawrie's is more expensive than your average vets but I take my rats and would pay ten times that for their exotic pet expertise and knowledge.I travel an hour to go, cannot recommend them highly enough. The reception staff are just wonderful, so welcoming.Lawrie's is a hugely different experience than any vet I've ever been to. 10/10.

I have struggled to find a good vet for my Sulcata Tortoise and someone suggested trying Lawrie vets as they have an exotic vet, he was very knowledgeable on Tortoises and even the individual species and was very thorough while examining him. I'm very pleased and confident I have found someone to provide great vet care for him.

Our dog has been quite poorly over the last year but he is now back to his old self we were really worried about him at first but Lawrie vets have looked after him so well, we cannot thank you enough for all your help support and guidance, you really listened to us and were always able to fit him in urgently if needed. He even wags his tail now whenever he comes in!

Sadly had to put my down my bearded dragon. He was 17 so was a very important family member. I called and they got me an appointment within 2 hours. The office staff were great. The vet was very kind and patient. It was a hard visit but they made my visit as easy as possible.

This is probably the best vet I've been to. The reception staff are great and very helpful. The vets are so knowledgeable and informative. I had to say goodbye to my budgie of 7 almost 8 years and the vet reassured me it was the best choice possible. Very informative from the start and very compassionate. I received a lovely letter through my door from them for my loss which was the nicest thing I've ever had. I would be back here in a heartbeat with my other birds in the future. Thank you so much

Could not be happier with Lawrie vets! I brought in my turtle as he was a bit sick and kept sneezing. Katie handled him very well and it was clear she has a lot of knowledge on how to treat a turtle. She gave a choice of different ways to treat him (through daily tablets or injections) and understood that doing expensive treatments and tests was not something most people have money for. She walked me through how to give him the injections and recommended ways in which I should improve his habitat to ensure he stays happy and healthy. The medicine helped and he's back to his normal turtle self. Thanks Katie!

As a new client I was felt to feel extremely welcomed from the moment I called to register, to the moment I paid my bill.The welcome unto the practice felt genuine. The consultation with the vet was both thorough and very informative. At no point during the consultation did I feel rushed and I came away only with good things to say.If you were like me and complained about high vet fees and poor service, then Lawrie Vets are for you.
