Keyworth Skatepark

Not really been here just took partner his lunch

A little run down and could do with some repair work.

Bendcrete 2003 prefab concrete skatepark, consisting of half-pipe, fun box, pyramid, 6ft quarters, 5ft quarters and flatbankLater addition, 4 1/2 ft mini rampGrind/manual padSquare flatbarMotion sensor floodlightsUpdated March 2022:New extension built March 2022 by Betong skateparks.Extension and improvements include:- All coping on the park has been replaced- flat bottom to mini ramp and half pipe section removed and relaid- raised and sunken joints smoothed out- wooden sleeper border around park- entrance tarmac removed and replaced with smooth concrete- 2 new flatbanks either side of one of the 5ft quarter pipes- New Lower mini ramp, with a long flat top on one side and a step up quarter- New grind box with round coping- A-frame with descending handrail- Slappy curb- volcano quarter joining 6ft quarters into halfpipe- nipple hump

Actually pretty good for an unmaintained park, has 2 half pipes one is maybe 5 feet high and the other 6 feet high and has a funbox and grind section too, worth taking a brush as there are trees overhead and was a bit slippy because of fallen leaves

A classic old prefab council skatepark. A little crusty round the edges but it has all the classic obstacles and 2 different sized mini ramps.

Nice and quite skatepark, definitey not over crowded. Good use for both skateboard and bmx.
