Darren delivered the sessions in a way we could all learn and with a passion for what he is teaching.Niall has been a great help with arranging risk assessments. When our buyer asked for a fire assessment I was in unknown territory and feel very fortunate to have found Niall at NPG.Although he was on holiday he still found time to call me and assess my situation in a clear and concise way. When it became apparent my building did not need an FRA he still went to the trouble of confirming his assessment in writing (which he did not need to do) enabling me to satisfy the other party.All of this was carried out in a pleasant, helpful and professional manner and without any charge - definitely someone prepared to go the extra mile and who I can highly recommend.

The NPG team delivered our Fire Warden training. They were really knowledgable, friendly, and made us feel comfortable to ask any questions. They delivered excellent practical training in the use of fire extinguishers, and made the theory training engaging, too.

Great initial advice enabling me to get the right provision in for fire detection and emergency lighting during the construction works. Will definitely use Niall to carry out the Fire Risk Assessment for our holiday homes once our barn conversions are completed
