Poor service from them working for the insurance adjusters, firstly they organised removal of five large ceiling heaters from our shop leaving giant holes in the suspended ceiling for over three months. They then quoted to fit a non compliance suspended ceiling that would have made our main ceiling a fire hazard, we insisted on a new main ceiling, and were proved to be right by the fire brigade. Then chose not to use them for the remainder of the works.I would avoid.

Can’t give enough praise to Steve, Craig, Alex and their team.We had some insurance repairs carried out following a flood from the flat upstairs, they got it stripped out a drying contractor came in and dried it and then they did the plastering, decorating, flooring (which looks amazing) and some electrical works.Thanks to all at Jolliffe’s, you e restored our faith in builders.Excellent communication, clean and tidy and reasonable cost for the extra private works .5 big stars and thank you all.Will be recommending your company!

I used this builder and trusted them to do a good job as their quote was 3-5 times more expensive than other companies and builders. I felt I could trust them as they had a high street presence and were member of Federation of Master Builders.Two men came to do the re-pointing on a wall at the back of my 3 bedroom terraced, when they had finished there were lots of areas where there gaps and no cement applied (missing pointing). I mentioned this to them and asked them to fill in the gaps. One of them was very rude and arrogant and kept asking me if that was all, he kept saying is that it?" I was very distressed and disappointed.I would not recommend this company at all

We had our iron porch removed, mended, replaced and re-glazed. We also had our roof inspected, all leaks fixed, and the entire exterior painted. It was a big job. Our contacts Craig and Steve at Jolliffe were extremely communicative and responsive throughout, they kept me informed of progress and additional works required as needed. I really appreciated them sourcing and managing all subcontractors, inc. scaffolding, roofing, painting, iron works and glazing. The subcontractors they used were extremely professional and finished the work to a very high standard.I would highly recommend J Jolliffe for building and decorating work in future!

Recently had our bathroom and kitchen replaced. Absolutely over the moon, everything looks stunning and the guys were brilliant from start to finish. I am so so pleased and would/ have recommended to all of my friends. Cant wait to have my downstairs toilet revamped in the not so distant future!

A awful builder - don’t use them. Unfortunately we were introduced to Jolliffe by our insurance company who selected them to repair damage caused by a leak in our flat.Their work is of such poor quality that everything needs to be ripped out and re-done.
