Launderette - Commercial Way

Got all my bedding sorted in about 1.30 hours, so it's not bad. Had a chat with the proprietor. What a nice guy, and he'll do you a service wash if you need it. He has been there for 51 years, Wow! What a legacy. Laundromats are becoming a thing of the past. I hope this place can survive the spiralling energy costs that he has to wrestle with.

Why have google maps say it’s open, when it’s actually closed, I just came with 5 bags full of close and your closed. fuming.Very unreliable. Poor.

My first experience of using a laundrette and I was a bit clueless, but this place is really great.The owner took the time to go over different machine options with me, changed up my money, helped me load and unload and then fold a very large rug.Place was spotless and managed to get my washing done in just over an hour vs 5+ it would have taken at home.We will be back!

This is my second time at the launderette. Before my first visit I texted to enquire and the owner responded within 10 minutes and gave me the information I needed. I visited shortly after and the customer service was very good. He gave me change for my note, showed me how to use the washing machine, I also used the dryer. He was also friendly with other customers.Came back today and he was polite and helpful once more. I can’t really complain to be honest. I haven’t used the laundrette in 16 years so it was nice to have good experience. Can’t wait for my washing machine to be fixed in 2 weeks time. I definitely recommend the launderette if you need to wash your clothes because you haven’t got a washing machine or it’s temporary out of use.

Very quiet and non violent environment. The operator is very smooth and knows what to do per time. Positive experience.

My washing machine was knackered so it was down the launderette I go (which I was dreading), however the man running it great. I was in there for about 2 hours, which felt like 30mins. We had a great chat, so thank you. I hope to not have to go there again lol but if I have to it would be a joy. Thanks mate!

Currently inside the shop, helpful staff. Explained the how to use and how to cost effective as well. Really really helpful.The shop was clean, I can't really complain to be Fair.I just needed the dryer and it was quick and easy.Parking wise. It's easy to park. Single Yellow line no restrictions. So you can relax and do your things.

I just moved to Peckham and was really intimidated about having to make a trip to the laundrette as I had never been to one before but I was pleasantly surprised when I was met with such a warm welcome here. I was shown around and the gentleman helped me pick the right size machine and settings for my clothes - it's very simple and straightforward by the way! I had a massive suitcase with almost my entire wardrobe and I was afraid I might have overdone it but the machines are really big and they come in various sizes so I was not turned away! The dryers are even bigger and very cheap; £1 to dry about 20kg worth of clothes and washing costs £4. I think my favourite thing was the customer service - it is so friendly without being intrusive which I find is a difficult balance to achieve these days. I felt so comfortable here. The gentlemen even helped me carry my stuff to the car which I really don't expect them to do but they did and I was so, so grateful as I was in a bit of a rush and had my hands full so thank you again! I would recommend this place to everyone, even if you have a washing machine there are a tonne of useful things you can do like get your big rugs or carpets washed. Or get all your coats washed in one go as the machines are very big and heavy duty. They're amazing. I will def be coming back!

Conrad's really helpful with instructions. Large machines take £2 coins, smaller ones £1 and dryers 50p, but theres change available if needed. Washing rates are from £5 to £8 depending on machine size.
